Leave for Union Functions/Business. a) The College may grant a member of CUPE Local 2773 a leave of absence without pay to fill a Union position or to attend conventions, conferences, or meetings in connection with Union affairs. A regular or term employee who requests such leave shall give advance written notice. Approval for Union leave shall not be unreasonably withheld.
