Leave of Absence for Family Medical Care. An employee who returns to work within 180 days from the commencement date of a leave of absence for family medical care shall be entitled to return to a position within his/her former classification for which he/she is qualified and has seniority, or if none, then in a like or similar classification for which he/she is qualified and has seniority.
