LEAVE OF ABSENCE PLANS. Until the Distribution Date, Roxio Employees shall continue to be eligible to participate in the Leave of Absence Plans of Adaptec, subject to Section 4.5 (a) of this Agreement. Effective as of the Distribution Date, Roxio Employees shall not be eligible to participate in the Adaptec Leave of Absence Plans.
