Leave, President, O.N.A. Upon application in writing by the Union on behalf of the NP, a leave of absence shall be granted to such NP elected to the office of President of the Ontario Nurses' Association. Notwithstanding Article 14.04, there shall be no loss of service or seniority during such leave of absence. During such leave of absence, the NP's salary and applicable benefits shall be maintained by the Employer and the Union agrees to reimburse the Employer in the amount of the full cost of such salary and applicable benefits. It is understood, however, that during such leave the NP shall be deemed to be an employee of the Ontario Nurses' Association. The NP agrees to notify the Employer of her intention to return to work at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of such return.
