Information Provided to the Union In accordance with SPP §3-208, the Employer shall provide, upon the written request of the Union, for each employee in the bargaining unit employee represented by the Union:
Information to the Union 20.1 The parties acknowledge that they are subject to the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Document Act with respect to personal information that is exchanged by the parties. CENTURYLINK OSS INFORMATION 57.1 Subject to the provisions of this Agreement and Applicable Law, CLEC shall have a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use CenturyLink OSS Information during the term of this Agreement, for CLEC’s internal use for the provision of Telecommunications Services to CLEC End Users in the State.
Audit Reports promptly upon receipt thereof, one copy of each other financial report and internal control letter submitted to the Company by independent accountants in connection with any annual, interim or special audit made by them of the books of the Company.
