Common use of Leave to Attend Courses Clause in Contracts

Leave to Attend Courses. (a) Where the Employer requires an employee to take a course or attend a seminar, leave required shall be without loss of pay. (b) Where the Employer requires an employee to take a course or attend a seminar, any fee, books or materials required shall be paid for by the Employer.
