Common use of LEAVE TO ATTEND NEGOTIATIONS Clause in Contracts

LEAVE TO ATTEND NEGOTIATIONS. The Employer agrees to grant a leave of absence for up to three (3) employees, as members of the Union Negotiating Committee, to attend collective bargaining meetings between the Union and the Employer. One employee will be from the Housekeeping Department, the other from the Front Office department. Such leave of absence shall be granted without pay.
