Leave Transference Process a. An employee wishing to receive shared leave shall submit a written request to the Human Resources Director and attach a detailed statement from his/her physician verifying the severe or extraordinary nature of the condition and expected duration of time off from work. A Guild representative or other person may submit the request on behalf of the employee.

Leave Transference Process. 1. The value of sick leave transferred shall be based upon the leave value of the employee receiving the leave. That is, one (1) day donated may be more or less than one (1) day of value to the recipient.

  • Free Transfer 1. Each Contracting Party shall ensure to investors of the other Contracting Party the free transfer, into and out of its territory, of their investments and transfer payments related to investments. Such payments shall include in particular, though not exclusively:
