Alternative Transfer Mechanism The parties agree that the data export solution identified in Section 8.2 shall not apply if and to the extent that MailChimp adopts an alternative data export solution for the lawful transfer of Personal Data (as recognized under EU Data Protection Laws) outside of the EEA (“Alternative Transfer Mechanism”), in which event, the Alternative Transfer Mechanism shall apply instead (but only to the extent such Alternative Transfer Mechanism extends to the territories to which Personal Data is transferred). Administrative Transfer Administrative Transfer is a transfer of a Teacher from one school to another, which is initiated by the Board, to address program and staffing needs which may not be addressed through the mobility process
Sick Leave Transfer An employee may transfer their earned sick leave to a spouse, sister, brother, parent, child or any designated person employed by the District under the provisions of. Board Policy 3430.03—Sick Leave (c) (3) (4) and related procedures.
Administrative Transfers The District reserves the right to transfer personnel as conditions may require. Seniority and posting shall not apply in an administrative transfer involving two permanent employees. Transfers of this nature will be discussed with the exclusive representative's agent prior to final disposition. Except in the case of an emergency, (as defined by the District), the exclusive representative and the affected employee(s) will be given at least two (2) weeks advance written notice.

Shared Transport The Shared Transport Network Element (“Shared Transport”) provides the collective interoffice transmission facilities shared by various Carriers (including Qwest) between end-office switches and between end-office switches and local tandem switches within the Local Calling Area. Shared Transport uses the existing routing tables resident in Qwest switches to carry the End User Customer’s originating and terminating local/extended area service interoffice Local traffic on the Qwest interoffice message trunk network. CLEC traffic will be carried on the same transmission facilities between end- office switches, between end-office switches and tandem switches and between tandem switches on the same network facilities that Qwest uses for its own traffic. Shared Transport does not include use of tandem switches or transport between tandem switches and end-office switches for Local Calls that originate from end users served by non- Qwest Telecommunications Carriers (“Carrier(s)”) which terminate to QLSP End Users.
Free Transfer 1. Each Contracting Party shall ensure to investors of the other Contracting Party the free transfer, into and out of its territory, of their investments and transfer payments related to investments. Such payments shall include in particular, though not exclusively:
Staff transfer at commencement 22.1. The Parties agree that the commencement of the provision of the Services by the Contractor does not involve a Relevant Transfer.
Charge / Transfer k. If the separate document of title or strata title for the Property has been issued whether before on or after the date of auction sale, the Assignee shall not be required to procure a Memorandum of Transfer nor to register its charge as prescribed by the National Land Code 1965 or Sarawak Land Code or the Land Ordinance Cap. 68 of the Laws of Sabah (where applicable) in favour of the Purchaser from the Developer and/or Proprietor (as the case may be).
SUBSEQUENT PERIODIC RECRUITMENT During the term of the Contract, the State reserves the right to conduct subsequent future Periodic Recruitments. The purpose of future periodic recruitments will be to: Add new Lots for additional and/or emerging technologies Add new Contractors to existing and new Lots OGS will formally announce when a Periodic Recruitment Solicitation is issued. Periodic Recruitments will be issued at the discretion of the OGS. A Contractor shall be required to submit such Submission documentation as required by OGS, which may include additional applicable statutory requirements currently in effect at the time of the Periodic Recruitment.
