Leave with Xxxxxxxx and Leave with Business Neighbor Authorization. The UPS My Choice® Leave with Neighbor and UPS My Choice® Leave with Business Neighbor features enable You to have Your inbound packages left with a neighbor or business within short/limited walking distance of the original destination address. The applicable MC Entity may choose to honor, or not to honor, a request for UPS My Choice® Leave with Neighbor or UPS My Choice® Leave with Business Neighbor features in its sole and unlimited discretion. If You select the UPS My Choice® Leave with Neighbor or UPS My Choice® Leave with Business Neighbor feature for a package (to the extent made available by the applicable MC Entity in Your location or country/territory of residence), the following provisions apply: (i) UPS will ask You to provide at least the following information about Your neighbor/business neighbor: company name or contact name and address; (ii) You agree that You are obliged to inform any neighbor/business neighbor whom You nominate that their data will be processed for the purpose of delivery of Your inbound packages, and to obtain consent from any neighbor/business neighbor before You share such neighbor/business neighbor’s identifying information with UPS and allow UPS and the MC Entity to communicate with such neighbor/business neighbor; and (iii) You represent and warrant that You are authorized by such neighbor/business neighbor to share such details. You remain responsible for the information that You provide, including any information regarding Your neighbor/business neighbor. You are also obliged to inform any neighbor/business neighbor whom You nominate that (i) the MC Entity is the data controller of such neighbor/business neighbor’s personal information, which will be processed by the MC Entity for the above purpose, and (ii) such neighbor/business neighbor will have the right to access their personal information and correct it. If UPS is informed by You or Your neighbor/business neighbor that Your neighbor/business neighbor does not wish to receive packages for You, UPS will take reasonable steps, as are available to UPS at the time, to have the applicable MC Entity comply with this request. The UPS My Choice® Leave with Neighbor and UPS My Choice® Leave with Business Neighbor features are provided without a fee or charge.

  • Interaction with Other Leave Entitlements (a) An employee proceeding on unpaid Maternity Leave may elect to substitute any part of that leave with accrued annual and/or accrued long service leave.

  • Utilization of Sick Leave with Pay Temporary employees who have earned sick leave credits in their temporary appointment shall be eligible for sick leave for any period of absence from employment due to any of the following reasons: • illness; • bodily injury; • disability resulting from pregnancy; • necessity for medical or dental care; • if the employee is a victim of domestic violence, harassment, sexual assault, or stalking; or the parent or guardian of a minor child or dependent who is a victim of domestic violence, harassment, sexual assault or stalking, pursuant to ORS 659A.270 through 659A.290; • attendance at an employee assistance program; • exposure to contagious disease; • for the emergency repair of personal assistive devices which are medically necessary for the employee to perform assigned duties; • attendance upon members of the employee’s or the employee’s spouse’s immediate family, or the equivalent of each for domestic partners, (parent, wife, husband, children, brother, sister, grandmother, grandfather, grandchild, or another member of the immediate household) where the employee’s presence is required because of illness or death; • parental leave. The employee has the duty to insure that they make other arrangements, within a reasonable period of time, for the attendance upon children or other persons in the employee’s care. Certification of an attending physician or practitioner may be required by the Agency to support the employee’s claim for sick leave if the employee is absent in excess of seven (7) days, or if the Agency has evidence that the employee is abusing sick leave privileges. The Agency may also require such certificate from an employee to determine whether the employee should be allowed to return to work where the Agency has reason to believe that the employee’s return to work would be a health hazard to either the employee or to others. (See Section 4 for FMLA and OFLA.)

  • Cloud Computing State Risk and Authorization Management Program In accordance with Senate Bill 475, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., pursuant to Texas Government Code, Section 2054.0593, Contractor acknowledges and agrees that, if providing cloud computing services for System Agency, Contractor must comply with the requirements of the state risk and authorization management program and that System Agency may not enter or renew a contract with Contractor to purchase cloud computing services for the agency that are subject to the state risk and authorization management program unless Contractor demonstrates compliance with program requirements. If providing cloud computing services for System Agency that are subject to the state risk and authorization management program, Contractor certifies it will maintain program compliance and certification throughout the term of the Contract.

  • Other Leave with Pay The Employer may grant leave with pay for purposes other than those specified in this Agreement, including military or civil defence training, and emergencies affecting the community or place of work.

  • Enrolled Nurse (With Notation Pay point 1 (a) Pay point 1 refers to the pay point to which an enrolled nurse (EN) has been appointed.   • Personnel Selection Leave With Pay Where an employee participates in a personnel selection process, including the appeal process where applicable, for a position in the Public Service or in the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions, as defined in the Public Service Labour Relations Act, the employee is entitled to leave with pay for the period during which the employee's presence is required for purposes of the selection process, and for such further period as the Employer considers reasonable for the employee to travel to and from the place where his presence is so required.
