Common use of LEAVES WITH OR WITHOUT PAY Clause in Contracts

LEAVES WITH OR WITHOUT PAY. The Bank Board or the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank may grant Employee a leave or leaves of absence, with or without pay, at such time or times and upon such terms and conditions as the Bank Board or the Chief Executive Officer of the Bank may determine.
