Position Descriptions Individual position descriptions shall be reduced to writing and delineate the duties currently assigned to an employee’s position. A dated copy of the position description shall be given to the employee upon assuming the position and when the position description is amended. The individual position description shall be subject to at least an annual review with the employee. Nothing contained herein shall compromise the right or the responsibility of the Agency to assign work consistent with the classification specification.
Position Description The employee shall be responsible for drafting his/her position description form and shall forward it to his/her supervisor for approval. When the employee and the supervisor disagree on the job description, they shall meet promptly and attempt to reach an agreement on the employee’s job duties. In the event that an agreement cannot be reached, the supervisor will finalize the job description in accordance with the supervisor’s understanding and expectations of the position. The employee may submit his or her comments for the classification analyst to consider when reviewing the position description.
Product Description The lead products covered by this Settlement Agreement is limited to following Amazon Identification Number (ASIN) B0BBMRLNV9, with the description, "Lesnow 63-37 Tin Lead Rosin Core Solder Wire for Electrical Soldering 0.8mm Soldering Wire Electronics Solder Content Solder Flux 1.8% (0.8mm, 50g)," which was offered for sale by the Settling Entity on xxxxxx.xxx, hereinafter the “Product” or “Products.”
Project Location & Description The Project, for which the provision of financial assistance is the subject of this Agreement, is hereby described as follows:
Salary Schedule Progression Employees shall progress from step to step in salary grade on the basis of satisfactory job performance based upon established standards of performance. Seasonal employee's initial anniversary date shall be established after being in pay status for two thousand eighty (2,080) hours. Such date shall then be used for annual performance evaluation and step progression consideration. When an employee's anniversary date falls on any day from the first day of a pay week through Wednesday of the pay week, the employee's merit increase shall be effective as of the first day of the pay week within which the anniversary date falls. Otherwise, the merit increase shall be effective on the first day of the next pay week. Grievances arising from the denial of merit increases shall not be arbitrable under this Agreement but shall be processed as follows:
(b) - Job Descriptions A copy of the current job description for a bargaining unit position shall be made available to the Union upon request. When a new classification which is covered by terms of this collective agreement is created, a copy of the job description shall be forwarded to the Union at the time that the Hospital notifies the local Union of the rate of pay pursuant to article 20.01(a) above.
Development Plans 4.3.1 For each Licensed Indication and corresponding Licensed Product in the Field, Licensee will prepare and deliver to Licensor a development plan and budget (each a “Development Plan”). For the purposes of the Department for Work & Pensions as a data controller, where Learner data is used as match on the 2014-20 ESF programme, the data must be retained securely until 31st December 2030. The Provider (and any other data controller) is responsible for determining any further need to process the data, including its retention, prior to secure destruction.
Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.
MSAA Indicator Technical Specification Document This Agreement shall be interpreted with reference to the MSAA Indicator Technical Specifications document.
