LEDYARD TOWN CENTER PLANNING REPORT. A. Review past studies and reports as provided by the OWNER. B. Utilizing the findings and recommendations cited by the previous studies, provide current (2021) updates to the cost opinions presented thereby. Consider and incorporate the present-day envisioned development density for the Ledyard Center project area and recalculate the previously presented cost- per-lot figures and the annual operations and maintenance costs for the previously identified community system option. C. Based on the present-day envisioned development density, review and update the future development flow projections that were presented in the previous studies. For these updated flow projections, consider and incorporate the use of up-to-date unit flow rates that reflect the present day use of sustainable water- saving plumbing fixtures and appropriate factors of safety, and industry-accepted unit flows from similar development configurations. D. Prepare a new supplement (“Phase 3”) to the Town’s existing Wastewater Facilities Plan. The supplement shall compare the updated costs as developed above to those previously cited for the project area. A life- cycle cost analysis of each alternative shall be extrapolated over a 20-year planning horizon. Comparison of the life-cycle cost analyses shall result in a recommended solution based on the most feasible and cost-effective alternative for providing wastewater management to the Ledyard Town Center. E. Based on the recommendations made, reviewed, and endorsed by the Town, identify funding opportunities for the project as well as projection of user fee rates that would be required to offset development of the preferred sewer alternative. F. ENGINEER shall prepare for, attend, and participate in up to 4 staff workshop meetings to be held at the Town Hall or other preferred venue (such as remote video conferencing), with participants consisting of Town staff, (Development, P&Z, WPCA, DPW, etc.) to review the outcome of the evaluations and the recommended alternatives. Meetings shall be scheduled throughout the development of the Phase 3 supplement to the Wastewater Facilities Plan. G. In addition to the staff workshop meetings, ENGINEER shall also attend up to two (2) public presentation meetings (WPCA, P&Z) to discuss the proposed alternatives, present the recommended alternative, and discuss next steps. H. Receive in writing from OWNER a single comprehensive list of comments on the draft Phase 3 Supplement. Within 14 calendar days fol...

  • Selection Planning Prior to the issuance to consultants of any requests for proposals, the proposed plan for the selection of consultants under the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines. Selection of all consultants’ services shall be undertaken in accordance with such selection plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • Financial Planning Services The Executive shall receive financial planning services, on an in-kind basis, for a period of eighteen (18) months following the Date of Termination. Such financial planning services shall include expert financial and legal resources to assist the Executive with financial planning needs and shall be limited to (i) current investment portfolio management, (ii) tax planning, (iii) tax return preparation, and (iv) estate planning advice and document preparation (including xxxxx and trusts); provided, however, that the Company shall provide such financial planning services during any taxable year of the Executive only to the extent the cost to the Company for such taxable year does not exceed $25,000. The Company shall provide such financial planning services through a financial planner selected by the Company, and shall pay the fees for such financial planning services. The financial planning services provided during any taxable year of the Executive shall not affect the financial planning services provided in any other taxable year of the Executive. The Executive’s right to financial planning services shall not be subject to liquidation or exchange for any other benefit. Such financial planning services shall be provided in a manner that complies with Treasury Regulation Section 1.409A-3(i)(1)(iv).

  • Information Technology Enterprise Architecture Requirements If this Contract involves information technology-related products or services, the Contractor agrees that all such products or services are compatible with any of the technology standards found at xxxxx://xxx.xx.xxx/iot/2394.htm that are applicable, including the assistive technology standard. The State may terminate this Contract for default if the terms of this paragraph are breached.

  • COUNTY’S QUALITY ASSURANCE PLAN The County or its agent will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing the Contractor’s compliance with all Contract terms and conditions and performance standards. Contractor deficiencies which the County determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the County and the Contractor. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, the County may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract.

  • Enterprise Information Management Standards Grantee shall conform to HHS standards for data management as described by the policies of the HHS Office of Data, Analytics, and Performance. These include, but are not limited to, standards for documentation and communication of data models, metadata, and other data definition methods that are required by HHS for ongoing data governance, strategic portfolio analysis, interoperability planning, and valuation of HHS System data assets.

  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control Contractor shall establish and maintain a quality assurance/quality control program which shall include procedures for continuous control of all construction and comprehensive inspection and testing of all items of Work, including any Work performed by Subcontractors, so as to ensure complete conformance to the Contract with respect to materials, workmanship, construction, finish, functional performance, and identification. The program established by Contractor shall comply with any quality assurance/quality control requirements incorporated in the Contract.

  • Development Standards For any structure built on the Property following the Effective Date, it shall comply with the requirements contained in Exhibit B, “Building Materials,” attached hereto and incorporated herein. The Parties agree and acknowledge that the provisions of this Paragraph shall apply to any structure constructed subsequent to the execution of this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to modify or otherwise amend any zoning regulation duly adopted by the Town, previously or in the future.

  • Additional Accounting Services Ultimus shall also perform the following additional accounting services for each Portfolio: (i) Provide monthly (or as frequently as may reasonably be requested by the Trust or a Portfolio's investment adviser) a set of financial statements for each Portfolio as described below, upon request of the Trust: Statement of Assets and Liabilities Statement of Operations Statement of Changes in Net Assets Security Purchases and Sales Journals Portfolio Holdings Reports (ii) Provide accounting information for the following: (A) federal and state income tax returns and federal excise tax returns; (B) the Trust's semi-annual reports with the SEC on Form N-SAR; (C) the Trust's annual, semi-annual and quarterly (if any) shareholder reports; (D) registration statements on Form N-1A and other filings relating to the registration of shares; (E) Ultimus' monitoring of the Trust's status as a regulated investment company under Subchapter M of the Internal Revenue Code, as amended; (F) annual audit by the Trust's auditors; and (G) examinations performed by the SEC.
