Day Use definition

Day Use means human presence within the Deschutes River Scenic Waterway between the hours of one hour before sunrise to 10:00 PM.
Day Use means any and all areas in a designated park where individual campsites have not been set out. To include any and all of the following areas:
Day Use means use of a vehicle during a normal shift conducting both routine and non-routine duties related to official state business. Travel between home and the driver's duty station during day use is prohibited.¶
