Common use of Legal Assistance Clause in Contracts

Legal Assistance. The Employer will provide to the employee such legal assistance as will be required when civil action is brought against an employee as a result of the acts occurring when and while said employee is in the performance of their duties and responsibilities; provided that notification is immediately given to the Employer that service of process was made upon the employee.
