Legal Descriptions and Exhibits. Consultant shall prepare legal descriptions based upon centerline stationing for one (1) property identified in the 30% phase. Consultant shall state the section, township, and range of the property in the description and shall cite the County recording information for the vesting documents in the new description. Consultant shall state the exact location used in the property description, section corner, quarter corner, sixteenth corner, or a lot corner of a recorded subdivision. Consultant shall state the basis of bearings and the area of each parcel in each description. Temporary easements in a description must include a specified duration of time the easement will be needed. Consultant shall submit electronic and hard copy of the vesting documents for each property with each property description. These copies will be kept on file and then submitted with the final project descriptions to the City. Consultant shall submit an electronic file for each property description, “Exhibit A”, along with the right-of-way acquisition map, “Exhibit B,” to the City for review and approval. Consultant shall prepare right-of-way sketch map(s) to support each property acquisition.
