Legal Fee Reimbursement. The Company agrees to pay Executive's reasonable legal fees associated with entering into this Agreement upon receiving invoices for such services.
Legal Fee Reimbursement. The Company will reimburse the Executive the full amount of all legal fees reasonably incurred in asserting his rights hereunder, regardless of the outcome of the dispute.
Legal Fee Reimbursement. As reimbursement for the Company’s legal fees incurred in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby, the Investor agrees to pay to Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx & Xxxxxxxx LLP (“Xxxxxxxxxx”) the lesser of (i) the amount of Xxxxxxxxxx’x reasonable and documented legal fees for services rendered by Xxxxxxxxxx to the Company in connection with this Agreement and the transactions contemplated hereby and (ii) $5,000. The Investor shall make such payment within a reasonable time following receipt of an invoice from Xxxxxxxxxx documenting the amount of such fees (but in any event within sixty (60) days following receipt of such invoice).
Legal Fee Reimbursement. The Company agrees to directly pay ----------------------- Executive's reasonable legal fees associated with entering into this Agreement up to $2,500 upon receiving invoices for such services.
Legal Fee Reimbursement. In the event that Executive incurs any attorneys’ fees in protecting or enforcing his rights under this Agreement or under any employee benefit plans or programs sponsored by the Company in which Executive is a participant, the Company shall reimburse Executive for such reasonable attorney fees and for any other reasonable expenses related thereto. Such reimbursement shall be made within thirty (30) days following final resolution of the dispute or occurrence giving rise to such fees and expenses provided, however, that no reimbursement shall be made of such expenses to the extent that any of Executive’s litigation assertions or defenses were found to be in bad faith or frivolous.
Legal Fee Reimbursement. The Company agrees to directly pay Employees reasonable legal fees associated with entering into this Agreement up to $15,000 upon receiving invoices for such services.
Legal Fee Reimbursement. The Company agrees to pay Executive’s reasonable legal fees actually incurred in connection with the negotiation and execution of this Agreement upon receiving invoices for such services. Such reimbursement shall not exceed $15,000.
Legal Fee Reimbursement. In the event of one or more disputes regarding this Agreement or any other agreement relating to Executive’s employment with the Company or its successor that arises on or after the occurrence of a Change in Control (as defined in Section 7 hereof), the Company or its successor agrees to pay all of Executive’s legal fees and expenses associated with such dispute.
Legal Fee Reimbursement. The Company agrees to pay Executive=s reasonable legal fees associated with entering into this Agreement up to $3,000 upon receiving an invoice for such legal services.
Legal Fee Reimbursement. The Company will promptly reimburse you (or pay directly) for all reasonable legal fees incurred by you in connection with the negotiation of this Letter Agreement.
