Legal Responsibility. Parties shall not be liable for the obligations of any other Party under this Agreement. The rights, obligations and liabilities of the Parties under this Agreement are several in accordance with their respective obligations, and not joint. This Agreement shall be binding upon, and shall insure to the benefit of, the Parties and their respective permitted successors and assigns.
