Common use of Length of Appointment Clause in Contracts

Length of Appointment. Appointment to job sharing will be for one (1) year. The District reserves the right to cancel a job sharing position at the close of the contract. The employee may have the right to return to full-time employment the following year with prior notice to Human Resources by the Teacher Transfer deadline, provided the employee has previously received tenure as a full-time teacher.
