Length of Service Determination. Length of service for Paid Time Off (PTO) shall be determined by the employee’s length of continuous service with the Company and/or with any number of predecessor contractors from his anniversary date of employment covered by U.S. Government contract No. FA4814-16-C-0014 or succeeding contracts covering this work.

Length of Service Determination. Length of service for leave shall be determined by the employee's length of continuous service with the Company and/or with any number of contractors from his anniversary date of employment for services now covered by Delivery Order 0053 under contract number N00244-11-D-0025 or succeeding delivery orders/contracts covering this work at these or any other locations which may be included under the present or future contract numbers.
Length of Service Determination. Length of service for vacation shall be determined as of an employee's seniority as of January 1st of each calendar year. All vacation must be used by December 31st of each year. In no event may an employee carry vacation entitlement into the next calendar year unless agreed to by the Company and employee. Any unused vacation shall be paid out by January 31 of the following year. January 1st will be the employee's new anniversary date for the purpose of vacation accrual only.

  • Length of Service For purposes of this Agreement and the method of computing sick leave, annual leave, seniority, and other conditions of employment, except as otherwise provided for herein, a “month” shall be defined as 173.3 hours of work, and a year shall be defined as 2080 hours of work. For purposes of computing longevity (wage) increments and annual leave progression steps, a “year” shall be defined as 1664 hours of work or twelve (12) months, whichever comes last. Time paid for but not worked (excluding standby pay) shall be regarded as time worked for purposes of computing wages and benefits. Time worked which is paid on an overtime basis shall count as time worked for purposes of computing wages and benefits not to exceed 2080 hours within any twelve (12) month period.

  • Level of Service 4.1.1 Each Member and New Market Entrant shall:

  • Calculation of Service 25.7 For purposes of calculating continuous service and active service, a year shall be deemed to consist of two hundred and sixty-one (261) working days.

  • Performance Delay Time is of the essence in the Vendor’s performance of this Agreement. If at any time it appears to Vendor that it may not meet any of the performance schedules or the scheduled completion date of the services to be performed for any reason, including labor disputes, Vendor shall immediately by verbal means (to be confirmed in writing) notify Customer of the reasons for and the estimated duration of such delay. If requested by Customer, Vendor shall make every effort to avoid or minimize the delay to the maximum extent possible including the expenditure of premium time. Any additional cost caused by these requirements of Customer shall be borne by Vendor, unless the delay in performance arises out of causes beyond the control and without the fault or negligence of Vendor or its subcontractors within the meaning of the Cancellation- Default clause herein. The foregoing requirements are in addition to any of Customer’s other rights and remedies as may be provided by law or this Agreement.

  • Character of Service Alternating current; sixty cycles, three-phase.

  • Levels of Service There are three (3) levels of service available. The Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (VRC) determines the level of service needed, with input from the Customer and the Contractor. The level of service is based on the nature and extent of Job Retention activities the Contractor is expected to provide to enable the Customer to learn essential job functions and retain their job for ninety (90) continuous calendar days after Job Retention services are authorized and started.

  • Duration of Services The obligation of GGP to perform any individual Service described in or contemplated by this Section L shall terminate upon the earliest to occur of (a) 18 months following the Distribution Date, (b) five days following written notice of termination of such Services by Spinco to GGP and (c) the applicable termination date pursuant to Article IX of the Agreement. GGP agrees to use appropriate and reasonable efforts, as mutually agreed upon by the parties and at Spinco’s cost, to (i) ensure that any terminated Service is integrated into Spinco’s broader business processes and/or (ii) complete any individual Service in this Section L requested by Spinco prior to the termination described in the prior sentence.

  • Disruption of Service Customer acknowledges and understands that Voice Service will not be available for use under certain circumstances, including without limitation when the network or facilities are not operating or if normal electrical power to the MTA, ATA or ALG is interrupted and such equipment does not have a functioning backup. Customer also understands and acknowledges that the performance of the battery backup is not guaranteed. If the battery backup does not provide power, Voice Services will not function until normal power is restored. Customer also understands that certain online features of Voice Service, where such features are available, will not be available under certain circumstances, including but not limited to the interruption of the Internet connection.

  • Determination of Service for Sick Leave with Pay Actual time worked and all leave with pay, except for educational leave, shall be included in determining the pro rata accrual of sick leave credits each month, provided that the employee works thirty-two (32) hours or more in that month.
