Classified employees employed on a less-than-12-month basis will normally take all or part of their vacation period at winter and spring recess, unless otherwise scheduled by mutual agreement between the supervisor and employee. Winter recess is defined as any work day between the last day of Fall semester finals and the first day of classes of Winter intercession.
