Lessors Rights of Entry. Lessee shall permit Lessor or Lessor's agents to enter into and upon the Premises at all reasonable times during normal business hours, upon prior reasonable notice, for the purpose of inspecting the same; provided, however, that Lessor shall not interfere with the privacy rights or treatment of any of Lessee's patrons while in the Premises, or otherwise disrupt Lessee's business operations.

Lessors Rights of Entry. The Lessor’s representatives, agents, servants and contractors may, with prior written permission of the Lessee, without thereby giving rise to any claim or right of action on the part of the Lessee or any other occupier of the Leased Premises, enter the Leased Premises in order to gain access to the Leased Premises to inspect any part of it.
Lessors Rights of Entry. Notwithstanding any other position of the Lease to the contrary, including paragraph 31, Lessor shall have the absolute right to show the Premises to prospective tenants at any time following service of a Notice of Default through and including the date that such default has been fully cured, or at any time during the last six (6) months of the Lease Term. Lessor’s entry into the Premises and the showing of the Premises by Lessor to prospective tenants shall be without abatement of rent or liability to Lessee. Lessor will give Lessee notice of its intent to enter the Premises at lease the prior Business Day to the date Lessor intends to enter in or show the Premises.
Lessors Rights of Entry. (a) The Lessee shall permit the Lessor and its agents at any time or times during the Term upon reasonable prior written notice (except in the event of emergency in which case the Lessor may enter at any time without notice) to enter upon the Premises and there to do all things required in the opinion of the Lessor for the purpose of complying with the terms of any legislation affecting the Premises or the Building or for the purpose of complying with any notice served on the Lessor or the Lessee by any competent authority or for the purpose of repairing and maintaining the Premises or any adjoining Premises or the Building or for the purpose of installing, repairing, maintaining or renewing any drainage, water, electrical, gas or other installation in the Building PROVIDED THAT nothing in this subclause shall oblige the Lessor to carry out any repairs or maintenance or other work PROVIDED FURTHER that if the Lessor carries out any such work it shall use its best endeavours to minimize inconvenience to the Lessee bit under no circumstances shall the Lessor be obliged to pay compensation to the Lessee or any other person by reason of the Lessor exercising such rights.
