Letter of Credit Fronting Fee. Borrower shall pay to Letter of Credit Issuer (for its own account) a non-refundable, one-time Fronting Fee equal to .125% of the face amount of each Letter of Credit issued by Letter of Credit Issuer. The Fronting Fee due for any Letter of Credit shall be payable in advance on the issuance date of such Letter of Credit.

Letter of Credit Fronting Fee. The Borrower hereby agrees to pay to the Agent, for the account of the Issuer, a letter of credit fronting fee with respect to each Letter of Credit from and including the date of issuance thereof (or, with respect to the Letters of Credit identified on Schedule 2.1, the date on which such Letters of Credit are deemed issued under this Agreement pursuant to Section 2.1(d)) until the date such Letter of Credit is fully drawn, canceled or expired, in an amount equal to the rate provided in the Fee Letter of the aggregate initial face amount of such Letter of Credit, calculated with respect to actual days elapsed on the basis of a 360-day year and payable quarterly in arrears on each Payment Date in each year and upon the expiration, cancellation or utilization in full of such Letter of Credit. In addition to the foregoing, the Borrower agrees to pay the Issuer any other fees customarily charged by it in respect of the issuance, amendment, cancellation, negotiation or transfer of each Letter of Credit and each drawing made thereunder. The letter of credit fronting fee is in addition to (and not included in) the letter of credit participation fee provided for in paragraph (c) below. Accrued and unpaid fronting fees under the Existing Credit Agreement shall be paid on the Closing Date or, if later, upon receipt of a xxxx from the Agent.
Letter of Credit Fronting Fee. In addition to the Letter of Credit Fees provided above, the Borrowers shall pay to the Issuing Lender for its own account (without sharing with the Lenders) a letter of credit fronting fee of one-fourth of one percent (0.25%), payable in arrears as of the first day of each succeeding calendar month, of the average daily maximum amount available to be drawn under each Letter of Credit computed at a per annum rate for each day from the date of issuance to the date of expiration thereof, negotiation fees agreed to by the Borrowers and the Issuing Lender from time to time, the customary charges from time to time of the Issuing Lender with respect to the issuance, amendment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters of Credit and in the case of documentary Letters of Credit, the Issuing Lender’s customary processing fees.
Letter of Credit Fronting Fee. The applicable Borrower agrees to pay to the Issuer for its own account a fronting fee for each Letter of Credit issued on the application of such Borrower for the period from and including the date of the issuance of such Letter of Credit to (but not including) the date upon which each Letter of Credit expires, of 0.02% (in the case of a standby Letter of Credit) or 0.05% (in the case of a commercial Letter of Credit) of the face amount of such Letter of Credit (which face amount shall be reduced by any reductions in such Letters of Credit pursuant to Section 4.1(c) hereof). Such fee shall be payable in immediately available funds on the date of issuance of such Letter of Credit.
Letter of Credit Fronting Fee. Each Borrower agrees to pay to Administrative Agent for the ratable benefit of the L/C Issuers, for each calendar month during which any Letter of Credit Obligation shall remain outstanding on its behalf or for its benefit, a fee (the “Letter of Credit Fronting Fee”) in an amount equal to the product of the average daily undrawn face amount of all Letters of Credit issued, guaranteed or supported by risk participation agreements multiplied by 0.125% per annum. Such fee shall be paid to Administrative Agent for the benefit of the L/C Issuers in arrears, on the first day of each calendar month and on the date on which all Letter of Credit Obligations have been discharged.

Letter of Credit Fronting Fee. Each Borrower shall pay to the Agent with respect to each Letter of Credit issued hereunder a Letter of Credit Fronting Fee, payable on the Domestic Business Day on which such Letter of Credit is issued, solely for the account of the LC Issuer. Letter of Credit Fronting Fee. In addition to the letter of credit fees provided above, the Borrowers shall pay to the applicable Issuing Bank for its own account (without sharing with the Lenders) a letter of credit fronting fee of one-eighth percent (0.125%), payable in arrears in Dollars as of the first day of each succeeding calendar quarter, of the average daily maximum Dollar Amount available to be drawn under each Letter of Credit issued by such Issuing Bank computed at a per annum rate for each day from the date of issuance to the date of expiration thereof, negotiation fees agreed to by the Borrowers and such Issuing Bank from time to time, the customary charges from time to time of such Issuing Bank with respect to the issuance, amendment, transfer, administration, cancellation and conversion of, and drawings under, such Letters of Credit and in the case of documentary Letters of Credit, such Issuing Bank’s customary processing fees. Each Issuing Bank confirms that such customary charges and fees shall be those typically charged by the applicable Issuing Bank to its other customers generally.
Letter of Credit Fronting Fee. The Canadian Borrower or a U.S. Borrower, as the case may be shall pay to the Issuing Bank for its own account issuing a Letter of Credit on behalf of such Borrower, a letter of credit fronting fee of .125% of the Principal Amount of such Letter of Credit.
