Level E. Within ten (10) days following the receipt of the arbitrator's decision, the parties shall meet to take under advisement the arbitrator's award. Within ten (10) days of such meeting, each party shall indicate to the other, in writing, whether or not they will be bound by the arbitrator's award. In any event, the decision of the Board shall, after full compliance with this Article X, be final.
