Common use of Level Four (Arbitration Level) Clause in Contracts

Level Four (Arbitration Level). If any Grievance is not resolved at Level Three, the Association may, within ten (10) work days after the decision of the Board at Level Three, serve written notice on the Board of its desire to submit the Grievances to binding arbitration as hereinafter provided. If timely notice is not served upon the Board, the decision at Level Three shall be final and the matter closed.
