Level II – Superintendent or Designee. 5.5.1. If the aggrieved is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance at Level I, or if no decision is rendered within the designated time period, the aggrieved, through the unit member’s representative, may forward the written grievance to the Superintendent within ten (10) days after the decision at Level I or twenty (20) days after the grievance was presented, whichever is later. 5.5.2. Within ten (10) days after receipt of the written grievance by the Superintendent, the Superintendent or designee shall meet with the aggrieved and representative(s) in an effort to resolve the matter. Within ten (10) days after the date of the Level II meeting, the Superintendent shall render a written decision to the aggrieved and shall transmit a copy to the Association. If the Administrator does not respond within the time limits, the aggrieved may appeal to the next level.
