Level IV - Board of Review. By mutual consent, the Union and District may agree to utilize mediation prior to appealing to Level IV. Mediators shall be limited to those individuals obtained from a list from the State Mediation and Conciliation Service at no charge to either party. The Union, on behalf of the employee, may appeal the decision at Level III within five (5) working days after receipt of the written decision of the Chancellor (or designee) to a Board of Review.
