Common use of Level One – Immediate Supervisor Clause in Contracts

Level One – Immediate Supervisor. A member with a grievance shall first discuss it with his Sergeant or immediate supervisor; either directly or through the PBA's designated representative, with the objective of resolving the matter informally.
