Common use of Level One - Superintendent of Schools Clause in Contracts

Level One - Superintendent of Schools. (a) If the administrator is not satisfied with the outcome of the informal procedures, he/she may present his/her claim as a written grievance to the Superintendent within twenty (20) days after he/she knew or should have known of the act or conditions on which the grievance is based.

No change shall be made in the subject matter of the act or conditions on which original grievance, with the grievance is basedunderstanding that procedural issues may be raised at any level.
