Level Three - Board. a. If a grievance is not satisfactorily resolved at Level Two, the grievant may appeal it to the Board, in writing, within ten (10) days following receipt of the Level Two written answer (or following the time when it should have been received if it was not timely received). The written appeal to Level Three (Board) shall, however, be filed with the Superintendent.
