Initiation and Procession. An Employee with a grievance will first discuss it with the employee’s principal or 29 immediate supervisor within ten (10) days after the occurrence of the event giving rise to 30 the grievance with the objective of resolving the matter informally. The Employee may 31 have local representation at this meeting.
