Level Two – Formal. In the event the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition at Level One, or no decision has been rendered within two (2) days after the informal hearing, he may inaugurate the formal proceedings. Formal proceedings shall be initiated within five (5) days of the informal hearing by filing a written grievance with the grievant's immediate supervisor.
