Level Two – Formal. a. If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition of the grievance, or if no disposition has been made within five (5) school days, the griev- ance shall be transmitted to the Superintendent. Within fifteen (15) school days of receipt of the grievance, the Superintendent shall in- dicate his/her disposition of the grievance in writing to the grievant prior to rendering a decision.
