Levels of Administrative Investigation. Consistent with the terms of this provision, the Chief of Police shall establish an administrative investigative process that encompasses different levels of investigation. Such investigatory levels and the process associated with them shall be as established by Departmental policies and/or Standard Operating Procedures. This process shall be consistent with the disciplinary grievance process set forth in this Agreement.
