Librarian Workload. Librarians shall work thirty-five (35) hours per week the same number of weeks during the academic year as instructional faculty. schedules will be assigned by the xxxx/supervisor after consultation with the librarians. If a librarian works in excess of thirty-five (35) hours in a week, the librarian shall earn compensatory time at the rate of one (1) hour for each hour worked in excess of thirty-five (35) per week with the approval of the xxxx/supervisor. Compensatory time shall be taken on days during the academic year on which full time instructors are at work with the approval of the xxxx/supervisor.
