LIBRARY INFORMATION. The Xxxxx Xxxxx Medical Center School of Radiologic Technology educational resources are reviewed on an annual basis in July. • Students have the School of Radiology laptops, the computer in the student lounge, and multiples computers in the nursing lab at their disposal. All devices have secure internet service. • All students have access to the LECOM (Lake Eire College of Osteopathic Medicine) library and all the resources provided through the LECOM library. The Learning Resource Center is dedicated to facilitating this process and assisting the students and staff of LECOM College of Medicine, School of Pharmacy and School of Dental Medicine in becoming competent, independent users of timely information. The Learning Resource Center provides the LECOM community with timely and accurate access to medical information directly related to academic study and research. Housing more than 12,000 monographs and 4,800 bound volumes of journals, the library also maintains 168 hardcopy journal subscriptions, as well as more than 1,100 electronic journal titles. Study areas contain multimedia and computer hardware. Students have access to wireless and Local Area Network ports in the library. Materials not available within the physical library are obtained through the National Network of Libraries of Medicine. • Students also have access to electronic journals, books, and databases through the Library Link and Services on the ArNet. • All students have a membership with the ASRT (American Society of Radiologic Technologists) providing them with publications and access to journals that feature peer- reviewed research, continuing education articles, and practice columns in the radiologic sciences.

LIBRARY INFORMATION. Hours: The SASHS Library Media Center is open from 7:15 a.m. until 2:45 p.m. every school day. The library may be closed for 30 minutes during lunch. During block periods, students may visit the library using a pass from their block teacher.   • Proprietary Information The Software, any data base and any proprietary data, processes, information and documentation made available to the Fund (other than which are or become part of the public domain or are legally required to be made available to the public) (collectively, the “Information”), are the exclusive and confidential property of Custodian or its suppliers. The Fund shall keep the Information confidential by using the same care and discretion that the Fund uses with respect to its own confidential property and trade secrets, but not less than reasonable care. Upon termination of the Agreement or the Software license granted herein for any reason, the Fund shall return to Custodian any and all copies of the Information which are in its possession or under its control.

  • Confidential Information Each party agrees that all code, inventions, know-how, business, technical and financial information it obtains (“Receiving Party”) from the disclosing party (“Disclosing Party”) constitutes the confidential information of the Disclosing Party (“Confidential Information”), provided that it is identified as confidential at the time of disclosure or should be reasonably known by the Receiving Party to be Confidential Information due to the nature of the information disclosed and the circumstances surrounding the disclosure. The Services and any updates, upgrades, modifications, derivatives, specifications, technical guides, other software, or other documentation provided by Xxxxxx (or its agents) shall be deemed Confidential Information of Xxxxxx without any marking or future designation. Except as expressly authorized herein, the Receiving Party will hold in confidence and not use or disclose any Confidential Information. The Receiving Party’s nondisclosure obligation shall not apply to information which the Receiving Party can document: (i) was rightfully in its possession or known to it prior to receipt of the Confidential Information; (ii) is or has become public knowledge through no fault of the Receiving Party; (iii) is rightfully obtained by the Receiving Party from a third party without breach of any confidentiality obligation; (iv) is independently developed by employees of the Receiving Party who had no access to such information; or (v) is required to be disclosed pursuant to the regulation, law, or court order (but only to the minimum extent required to comply with such regulation or order and with advance notice to the Disclosing Party). The Receiving Party acknowledges that disclosure of Confidential Information would cause substantial harm for which damages alone may not be a sufficient remedy, and therefore that upon any such disclosure by the Receiving Party the Disclosing Party shall be entitled to seek appropriate equitable relief in addition to whatever other remedies it might have at law. Upon termination or expiration of this Agreement, if Xxxxxx is in possession of any Customer Materials, Xxxxxx shall delete, return, or make available to Customer all Customer Materials then in its possession. Upon request by Customer within thirty (30) days after any expiration or termination of the applicable Order Form, Xxxxxx will either make Customer Materials available to Customer through the Services on a limited basis solely for the purposes of data retrieval or will reasonably assist Customer with such retrieval. After such thirty (30) day period, Xxxxxx will have no obligation to maintain or provide any Customer Materials and, unless legally prohibited, may delete all Customer Materials. Customer acknowledges that certain Xxxxxx Services do not store or maintain Customer Materials.

  • Confidential and Proprietary Information 12.1 Consultant acknowledges that it and its employees or agents may, in the course of performing their responsibilities under this Agreement, be exposed to or acquire information that is confidential to County. Any and all information of any form obtained by Consultant or its employees or agents from County in the performance of this Agreement shall be deemed to be confidential information of County ("Confidential Information"). Any reports or other documents or items (including software) that result from the use of the Confidential Information by Consultant shall be treated with respect to confidentiality in the same manner as the Confidential Information. Confidential Information shall be deemed not to include information that (a) is or becomes (other than by disclosure by Consultant) publicly known or is contained in a publicly available document; (b) is rightfully in Consultant's possession without the obligation of nondisclosure prior to the time of its disclosure under this Agreement; or (c) is independently developed by employees or agents of Consultant who can be shown to have had no access to the Confidential Information.

  • Confidential Information Defined For the purposes of this ARR Agreement, “Confidential Information” means nonpublic proprietary information of a Party (the “Disclosing Party”) that is disclosed to another Party (each such Party, a “Receiving Party”), including but not limited to: (i) business or technical processes, formulae, source codes, object code, product designs, sales, cost and other unpublished financial information, customer information, product and business plans, projections, marketing data or strategies, trade secrets, intellectual property rights, know-how, expertise, methods and procedures for operation, information about employees, customer names, business or technical proposals, and any other information which is or should reasonably be understood to be confidential or proprietary to the Disclosing Party; and (ii) PII (as defined in Section 7.03 of this ARR Agreement). The foregoing definition of Confidential Information applies to: (i) all such information, whether tangible or intangible and regardless of the medium in which it is stored or presented; and (ii) all copies of such information, as well as all memoranda, notes, summaries, analyses, computer records, and other materials prepared by the Receiving Party or any of its employees, agents, advisors, directors, officers, and subcontractors (collectively “Representatives”) that contain or reflect the Confidential Information.

  • Confidentiality & Proprietary Information The Consultant acknowledges that it will be necessary for the Client to disclose certain confidential and proprietary information to the Consultant in order for the Consultant to perform their duties under this Agreement. The Consultant acknowledges that disclosure to a third (3rd) party or misuse of this proprietary or confidential information would irreparably harm the Client. Accordingly, the Consultant will not disclose or use, either during or after the term of this Agreement, any proprietary or confidential information of the Client without the Client's prior written permission except to the extent necessary to perform the Services on the Client's behalf.
