Access to Wireless. ● Access to the District’s wireless system will be provided to students subject to Xxxxxxxx’x policy. ● The Chromebook may be used at home and connected to home networks and Internet services for out of school hours use. It is the student’s responsibility not to access or download any inappropriate material from the Internet. ● The Chromebook will have CIPA compliant internet filtering installed. Students will not utilize any system that will bypass this filtering. Any attempts to do so will result in disciplinary action and possible loss of devices in out-of-district use. ● Student’s evening browsing will be subject to the same strict filtering restrictions applied during school hours ● Student browsing between the hours of 3:00 PM and 7:00 AM ○ No Social Media Allowed (Twitter, Facebook etc) ○ No Video Streaming Allowed (Netflix, Crackle, Hulu Etc.) ○ No Music Streaming Allow (Spotify, etc) ○ No personal email accounts ● At home, the student socialization/streaming will be conducted on their own devices and not the District-owned device ● Xxxxxxxx Local Schools is not responsible for bandwidth and connectivity of home networks. ● Device logins will be prohibited between 12:00 PM and 6:00 AM Monday -Sunday (these hours are subject to change during AWAY athletic events per the coach’s request)

Related to Access to Wireless

  • Access to Worksite 9.4.1 Authorized representatives of the Association shall have the right to transact official Association business on school property during regular school business hours provided that such activities or use do not interfere with classroom instruction or interrupt normal operations.

Subject to DHCS provider enrollment certification requirements, the Contractor shall maintain continuous availability and accessibility of covered services and facilities, service sites, and personnel to provide the covered services through use of DMC certified providers. Such services shall not be limited due to budgetary constraints.

  • Access to PHI Business Associate shall provide access to PHI in a Designated Record Set to Covered Entity or as directed by Covered Entity to an Individual to meet the requirements under 45 CFR § 164.524. Business Associate shall provide such access in the time and manner reasonably designated by Covered Entity. Within three (3) business days, Business Associate shall forward to Covered Entity for handling any request for access to PHI that Business Associate directly receives from an Individual.

  • Access to Site 3.05.1 Contractor may enter and leave the premises at all reasonable times without charge. Contractor and its employees may use the common areas and roadways of the premises where it is to perform the services together with all facilities, equipment, improvements, and services provided in connection with the premises for common use. This excludes parking for Contractor’s personnel. Contractor shall repair any damage caused by it or its employees as a result of its use of the common areas.

Background shall only be provided in Object Code unless otherwise agreed between the Parties concerned.
