License and Approvals. The Company has all licenses, certificates, permits and other approvals from governmental and regulatory authorities necessary for the conduct of its business as it is currently being conducted and as proposed to be conducted except those which would not have a material adverse effect or the Company if not obtained.
License and Approvals. (a) Except as set forth on Schedule 5.20, each of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries has all requisite power and authority and necessary licenses, permits and approvals, including all FCC Licenses, to hold the FCC Licenses and to own and operate its Stations and to carry on its businesses as now conducted.
License and Approvals. (a) The Team hereby grants to iRacing the non-exclusive right and license to use the Identity Rights in the Products and all associated documentation and packaging, and the Identity Rights and any photos or other materials provided to iRacing by the Team in connection with the advertising and promotion of the Products (including trailers and promotional “making-of” programs), in any and all media now known or hereafter developed (the “License”); and (ii) the right to sublicense all such rights to third parties. The Team agrees to cooperate in good faith with iRacing in connection with iRacing’s exercise of the License, and will provide any materials as reasonably requested by iRacing and as are reasonably available to the Team.
License and Approvals. The Hirer is responsible for obtaining all necessary permits and approvals for all activities. The Hirer must ensure that all equipment and vehicles are only operated by people holding appropriate licences and permits in accordance with relevant State legislation.
