License Fee and Royalty. As consideration for the rights granted hereunder, Licenser acknowledges payment of the license fee of Fifty Thousand Dollars (US$50,000) by Dxxxx Xxxx on behalf of the Licensee for the right to an unlimited number of Licensed Areas as defined in Paragraph 1.(a). Licensee shall pay to Licenser a royalty fee of Five Dollars (US$5.00) per ton of material processed for each Licensed Area. Licensee has the right, at any time this agreement remains in effect, to pay an additional Two Million Dollars (US$2,000,000), at which time the royalty fee will immediately be reduced to Two Dollars and Fifty Cents (US$2.50) per dry ton of material processed for each Licensed Area.
License Fee and Royalty. As consideration for the rights granted hereunder, the Licensee shall pay to Licenser a license fee of Four Thousand Seven Hundred an Fifty Dollars ($4,750.00) for the right to an unlimited number of Licensed Areas as defined in
(a) plus a Royalty Fee of Two Dollars ($2.00) per ton of material processed for each Licensed Area.

3.3 In addition to the License Fee and Proof of Concept Fee, SBCL also shall pay HDI a Royalty on Net Sales of all Services sold by SBCL, as follows:
3.4 a. SBCL, in its discretion, may request that HDI perform the Developments and, if SBCL does so request and HDI, in its sole discretion accepts, shall pay to HDI a Developments Fee equal to HDI's cost of consultation, test construction and development of non-isotopic detection with supporting informatics for sequence determination, storage and retrieval of results and comparison of results to a library of known mutations and any other Developments in the Field as requested by SBCL to tailor the Technology to the requirements of SBCL. Such Developments shall be based upon a plan and budget agreed to by the parties. SBCL shall pay HDI *.

License Fee and Royalty. 5.1 Celly Canada agrees to pay to Licensor a license fee (the “License Fee”) on and from the Effective Date, payable as follows:
(a) The issuance of 100,000,000 common shares in the capital of Celly Canada on the Effective Date, to be registered and delivered as directed by Lxxxxxxx in writing; and
(b) The issuance of the executed Anti-Dilution Warrant Certificate, to be registered and delivered as directed by Licensor in writing.
5.2 A Licensee agrees to pay to Licensor the Royalty on and from the date such Licensee commences manufacture or procures the manufacture of the Licensed Products in the Territory using the Licensed IP until the termination of this Agreement in accordance with section 20.
5.3 Royalties are to be paid by a Licensee within twenty-five (25) Business Days after the end of each Quarter and in each case.
5.4 For the avoidance of doubt, no Royalty will be payable unless and until a Licensee commences manufacture or procures the manufacture of the Licensed Products in the Territory using the Licensed IP.
5.5 The parties agree that the Royalty will be calculated on the basis of Commercialization Revenue, determined through end of Financial Year reconciliations provided by a Licensee and approved by the Board.
5.6 No Royalty will be payable for the use of Licensed IP for Wholesale Apparel & Promotional Material. Each Licensee is granted the right to utilize the Licensed IP solely for the purpose of creating and distributing Wholesale Apparel & Promotional Material, including but not limited to advertisements, marketing campaigns, press releases, and social media content, without incurring any financial obligations towards the Licensor in the form of Royalties or other related fees.
License Fee and Royalty. As a fee for this license, Producer shall pay Playwright a sum equal to Dollars ($ .) per performance of the subject Work. The balance of royalties due for the entire run shall be paid within four weeks of the close of the run, and shall be accompanied with a Statement listing the dates of each and every performance.

7.3 Licensee will pay Licensor [CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT REQUESTED] upon SFDA approval to market the Product in the Territory.
License Fee and Royalty. In consideration for the license granted to it hereunder, MAGNUM will pay to SPREELAST:
a) within 7 days from the date hereof 200,000 shares of its fully paid and non-assessable Common Shares; and
b) during the term of this Agreement a royally of Three percent of all Gross Revenues derived by Magnum, from plant facilities in which Magnum owns a Majority interest, utilizing the Technology licensed hereunder.
c) in the case of sublicenses, MAGNUM shall a pay to SPREELAST thirty percent (30%) of royalty income received by Magnum from such sub-licensees
License Fee and Royalty. In consideration for the license granted to it hereunder, LICENSEE will pay to ISURF:
a) a non-refundable license issue fee in the sum of $10,000.00 upon execution of this Agreement.
b) during the term of this Agreement a royalty of six percent (6%) of Net Sales of all Licensed Products used or sold by and/or for LICENSEE, its Affiliated Companies, and its sublicensees.
c) in the case of sublicenses, LICENSEE shall also pay to ISURF fifty percent (50%) of non-royalty sublicense income (e.g., license issue fees, license maintenance fees, etc.).
