License to API. If QIAGEN delivers an API to Customer, then subject to Customer’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement, QIAGEN grants Customer a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the API solely for the purposes of: (i) creating sanctioned and custom interfaces and links from a Customer application to the Bioinformatics Offering and (ii) accessing the Bioinformatics Offering via such links to upload and analyze relevant Customer Biological Data. QIAGEN reserves the right to modify any API and to revoke Customer rights to use any API.
License to API. If QIAGEN RWC delivers an API to Customer, then subject to Customer’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement, QIAGEN RWC grants Customer a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the API solely for the purposes of: (i) creating sanctioned and custom interfaces and links from a Customer application to the Cloud Offering and (ii) accessing the Cloud Offering via such links to upload relevant Customer Biological Data. QIAGEN RWC reserves the right to modify any API and to revoke Customer rights to use any API.
License to API. Topcon hereby grants to Licensee a personal, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, revocable limited license to: (a) use and reproduce the API for the purpose of Licensee’s development of the Licensee Application accordance with the Documentation; (b) distribute, in object code form, the API solely as an embedded or integrated component of the Licensee Application in accordance with the Documentation, through multiple channels, to end users, and (c) use the Trademarks within the Licensee Application and supporting materials such as websites and documentation, conditioned on the prior written approval of Topcon’s marketing department and at all times according to Topcon’s then-current trademark usage guidelines available at: xxxx://xxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/d/8HdwDbKRmzky/topcon-positioning-group-brand- guidelines#/logo/topcon-logo.
License to API. Subject to your compliance with the Agreement, Zapper grants you a limited non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the API to request data (including account balances and transaction data) generated by compatible third-party blockchain applications, solely in the form made available by Xxxxxx and in accordance with the limitations set forth herein.
License to API. If QIAGEN delivers an API to Customer, then subject to Customer’s compliance with the terms of this Agreement, QIAGEN grants Customer a limited, nonexclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the API solely for the purposes of: (i) creating sanctioned and custom interfaces and links from an internal Customer application to the Software or Hosted Offering and (ii) accessing the Software or Hosted Offering via such links to upload and analyze relevant Customer Biological Data, (iii) generating, using, viewing, analyzing, exporting and saving Results through these custom interfaces as permitted by the Documentation and Ordering Documents and provided the API is only used on a case- by-case basis and not used for any bulk or mass exports or downloads of Content. QIAGEN reserves the right to modify any API and to revoke Customer rights to use any API.
