Licensed Professional Clinical. Counselor (LPCC) means a licensed individual, pursuant to 2 the provisions of Chapter 13 of the California Business and Professions Code, pursuant to the provisions 3 of Chapter 16 of the California Business and Professions Code, who can provide clinical service to 4 Clients. The license must be current and in force, and has not been suspended or revoked. Also, it is 5 preferred that the individual has at least one (1) year of experience treating children and TAY.
