Licenses, Permits, and Accreditations. KSM shall apply for and use its commercially reasonable efforts to obtain and maintain, in City’s name (or, if otherwise required by applicable law, in KSM’s name), all licenses, permits, and accreditations required in connection with the management and operation of the Course, the cost of which shall be an Operating Expense. City will cooperate with KSM in applying for, obtaining, and maintaining such licenses (including liquor licenses), permits, and accreditations. Prior to commencing work under this Agreement, KSM shall obtain a City of Portland business license, and shall maintain that license throughout the term of this Agreement. KSM’s business license fee payments shall not be operating expenses reimbursable by the City.
