Licensing and Associate Membership Costs. All licensing, recertification fees and Association Membership costs, as required in the job description, shall be borne by the Employer. Recertification fees shall be reimbursed upon proof of successful completion of the recertification. This article does not apply to drivers' licence renewal costs. Pre-approved travel costs will be borne by the Employer should the course not be available locally.
