Common use of Lieu Days Clause in Contracts

Lieu Days. (a) Lieu days are to be scheduled at a time mutually agreed between the Health & Wellness Manager and the employee. (b) A request for the scheduling of lieu days must be submitted to the Health & Wellness Manager at least three (3) calendar days prior to the posting of the schedule.
