Lifting of Suspension. Suspension shall be lifted upon receipt of payment for the fees due plus penalty charges, subject to clearing of checks. MediCard shall not be liable for any claims incurred during the Suspension even after lifting of suspension. COMPANY/MEMBER is given three (3) days after the end of the 30-day grace period to reactivate the Agreement. Otherwise, COMPANY/MEMBER’s benefits under this Agreement shall be deemed forfeited in favor of MediCard.

Lifting of Suspension. FSC National Office can lift the decision to suspend the granted rights if Licensee and Licensee’s Authorized Users demonstrate future compliance with this Agreement and if actions defined by the FSC National Offices to remedy the grounds for suspension have been fully implemented. 停止の解除：FSC国内事務局は、ライセンス取得者およびライセンス取得者の認定ユーザー企業が将来的に本契約を遵守することを証明し、かつ停止事由を改善するためにFSC国内事務局が定めた措置の実施が完了した場合、付与された権利の停止決定を解除することができる。 Liquidation Period: A liquidation period of six (6) months from the date of suspension according to Section 9.2 shall allow Licensee and Licensee’s Authorized Users to liquidate inventory of the approved promotional materials produced prior to the suspension. After six (6) months, the Licensed Materials shall be covered so as to not be recognizable or the materials shall be destroyed, whichever is deemed to present the least burdensome and most environmentally sound solution for all remaining inventory. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any use in social media prior to suspension of the Agreement shall not be required to be deleted or removed by Licensee or Licensee’s Authorized Users, so long as such post was approved and made during the Term and before the suspension decision, and that the post is not further modified or shared, and no financial resources are put behind the promotion of such post by Licensee or Licensee’s Authorized Users. 清算期間：第9.2条に基づくライセンス停止日から6ヶ月間の清算期間をもって、ライセンス取得者およびライセンス取得者の認定ユーザー企業は、停止前に作成された承認済み販売促進用資料の在庫を清算することができる。6ヵ月後、ライセンス対象物は認識できないように覆うか破棄するものとする。残存するすべての在庫について、最も負担が少なく、最も環境に優しいと考えられる方法を選択する。上記にかかわらず、本契約停止前のソーシャルメディアにおける使用は、当該投稿が本契約期間中および停止決定前に承認および実行され、更なる修正または共有もされず、ライセンス取得者またはライセンシーライセンス取得者の認定ユーザー認定ユーザー企業による当該投稿のプロモーションの背後にいかなる財源も投入されていない限り、ライセンス取得者またはライセンス取得者の認定ユーザー企業による削除または除去を要求されないものとする。
Lifting of Suspension. A suspension under this Section may be lifted only by GRANTOR upon a showing of full compliance with or written waiver by GRANTOR of the term(s) in question.
Lifting of Suspension. Lifting of Suspension. At DTT Satcom discretion, the SIM may be unsuspended. DTT Satcom reserves the right to make a charge of US $ payable to DTT Satcom prior to this service taking place.

As the debarment Order across BHEL will result in automatic cancellation of registration, re-registration will be required as per Clause 12.0 of the Guidelines. In cases where BHEL has suffered direct financial loss like, supplier has damaged, failed to return free issue material of BHEL etc., such suppliers shall not be considered in the procurement process of BHEL unless the loss is recovered from the supplier.
Lifting of Suspension. A suspension under this Section shall be lifted upon a showing by GRANTEE that the event of default has been cured, as determined solely by the Economic Development Department Director, or by a written waiver of GRANTOR of the term(s) in question.
Lifting of Suspension. As soon as practicable after the reasons for the suspension have ceased, TfNSW must lift any suspension imposed and notify the Operator of the lifting of any rights suspended under this clause 18.
