Lighting and Sound. The use of lighting and sound is primarily intended for varsity athletic competitions, musical rehearsals, and important high school events. It is in the interest of our students and neighbors to hold school events at reasonable hours, promoting academic study and healthy behaviors. • The York Administration will communicate the tentative schedule for the events listed above to the Superintendent or his designee for his approval prior to the start of each season (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer). • The York Administration will post the schedule, including those events for which lighting and/or sound will be used on the York High School webpage. • Neighbors within 500 feet of the Stadium will be notified via hand-delivered notice prior to the start of each season. • Lighting will be pre-programmed for all scheduled events. All lighting is controlled and fully monitored off-site by the District through the Xxxxx Lighting System. Exceptions would require the approval of the Administration. • There will be no lighting or sound on Sundays (unless approved as exceptions by YCAC).

Lighting and Sound. Work lighting and one microphone will be provided upon request. Additional lighting and sound can be arranged at an additional cost and through the use of a trained technician. This request must be made when the building permit is completed. The fee for hiring a sound or lighting technician is $10.00 per hour for each.

  • PACKING AND SHIPPING a. Seller shall pack the goods and materials to prevent damage and deterioration. Unless otherwise set forth in this Contract, Seller shall package the goods in accordance with the requirements of Boeing Document D37522-6 “Supplier Packaging”. Buyer may charge Seller for damage to or deterioration of any goods resulting from improper packing or packaging.

  • Installation, Maintenance, Testing and Repair Unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties, to the extent required by Applicable Law, Interconnection provided by a Party shall be equal in quality to that provided by such Party to itself, any subsidiary, affiliates or third party. If either Party is unable to fulfill its obligations under this Section 14.2, it shall notify the other Party of its inability to do so and will negotiate alternative intervals in good faith. The Parties agree that to the extent required by Applicable Law, the standards to be used by a Party for isolating and clearing any disconnections and/or other outages or troubles shall be at parity with standards used by such Party with respect to itself, any subsidiary, affiliate or third party.
