Limitations on Dollar Amount of Transfers. External Transfers can be in amounts of up to your collected balance in the account subject to the transfer limitations applicable to the account as set forth in the Account Agreement. Please reference Section 6 of this Agreement (Limits on Transfers from Accounts). We may from time to time modify transfer limitations for security and risk management reasons. In addition to limits imposed by us, the other financial institution may impose limits on the dollar amount and/or frequency of transfers. All funds transfers are subject to the rules and regulations governing the relevant accounts. You agree not to initiate any funds transfers that are not allowed under the rules and regulations applicable to such accounts including, without limitation, rules or regulations designed to prevent the transfer of funds in violation of OFAC regulations.

Limitations on Dollar Amount of Transfers. Except as limited by account type and applicable Account Agreements: Each transfer between eligible accounts may range in amounts up to $1,000,000. The maximum aggregate amount that can be transferred between eligible accounts per day is unlimited. Each bill payment from an account may range in amounts up to $100,000. The maximum aggregate bill payment amount that can be paid per day is unlimited.

Telephoning is the best way of keeping your possible losses down. You could lose all the money in your account plus your maximum overdraft line of credit. If you believe your Access ID and Password has been lost or stolen, and you tell us within two (2) business days after you learn of the loss or theft, you can lose no more than $50 if someone used your Access ID and Password without your permission.   • Types of Transactions Purchases You may make purchases of goods and services with your account. You may make such purchases up to the amount of your available credit limit.

  • Termination of Agreement for Unavailability of Authority or Federal Funds It is the intent and understanding of the Parties that this Agreement is contingent upon the availability of Authority or Federal funds or the receipt by the Authority of Federal funds. If Authority funds or Federal funds approved or obligated by the Authority in connection with this Agreement are at any time rendered unavailable, the Authority shall then have the right to terminate this Agreement by the giving of a written notice, the basis, and the effective date of the termination to the Contractor. Should this Agreement be terminated by reason of the unavailability of Authority or Federal funds for the purposes of this Agreement, all finished or unfinished documents, data, studies, reports, and other materials prepared by the Contractor under this Agreement prior to the effective date of the termination shall be delivered in a format specified by the Authority. In the event of termination under this section for lack of Authority or Federal funds, the Contractor shall be entitled to receive payment for Products and Services incurred under this Agreement prior to the effective date of termination.

  • Notification of Limitations on Contributions San Francisco Campaign and Governmental Conduct Code (the “Conduct Code”) Section 1.126 prohibits any person who contracts with the City for selling or leasing any land or building to or from the City whenever such transaction would require the approval by a City elective officer or the board on which that City elective officer serves, from making a contribution to such an officer, or candidate for such an office, or committee controlled by such officer or candidate at any time from the commencement of negotiations for such contract until the termination of negotiations for such contract or three months has elapsed from the date the contract is approved by the City elective officer, or the board on which that City elective officer serves. San Francisco Ethics Commission Regulation 1.126-1 provides that negotiations are commenced when a prospective contractor first communicates with a City officer or employee about the possibility of obtaining a specific contract. Through its execution of this Agreement, Tenant acknowledges that it is familiar with the provisions of Article III, Chapter 2 of City's Campaign and Governmental Conduct Code, and sections 87100 et seq and sections 1090 et seq. of the Government Code of the State of California, and certifies that it does not know of any facts which constitute a violation of said provisions and agrees that if it becomes aware of any such fact during the term of this Agreement it shall immediately notify City.

  • Interest Rate Limitation Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in any Loan Document, the interest paid or agreed to be paid under the Loan Documents shall not exceed the maximum rate of non-usurious interest permitted by applicable Law (the “Maximum Rate”). If the Administrative Agent or any Lender shall receive interest in an amount that exceeds the Maximum Rate, the excess interest shall be applied to the principal of the Loans or, if it exceeds such unpaid principal, refunded to the Borrower. In determining whether the interest contracted for, charged, or received by the Administrative Agent or a Lender exceeds the Maximum Rate, such Person may, to the extent permitted by applicable Law, (a) characterize any payment that is not principal as an expense, fee, or premium rather than interest, (b) exclude voluntary prepayments and the effects thereof, and (c) amortize, prorate, allocate, and spread in equal or unequal parts the total amount of interest throughout the contemplated term of the Obligations hereunder.

  • Exclusion of applications on preliminary points of law Any recourse to any Court for the determination of a preliminary point of law arising in the course of the arbitration proceedings is excluded.
