Limited Permission. Customer grants Dropbox only the limited rights that are reasonably necessary for Dropbox to deliver the Services. This limited permission also extends to Subcontractors or Sub-processors.
Limited Permission. Hyperfox will have the right to view, analyse and store customer data and other information relating to the provision, use and performance of various aspects of the Services and related systems and technologies (including, without limitation, information concerning Customer’s data and data derived therefrom) for smart analytics purposes in order to enhance the functionalities of the Services (“the Purpose”). Hyperfox warrants that the use of the customer data by Hyperfox is strictly limited to the Purpose, that the data shall be subject to appropriate security and privacy precautions. Hyperfox will be allowed (during and after the term hereof) to, without any obligation to Customer, (i) use such information and data to improve and enhance the Services and for other development, diagnostic and corrective purposes in connection with the Services and other Hyperfox offerings, and (ii) disclose such data solely in aggregate, meaning that the customer data is made unrecognizable and untraceable, or other de-identified form in connection with its business. Upon termination of the service agreement, all Customer and third-party data will be deleted in full by Hyperfox. All Intellectual Property Rights in the Customer data will remain, as between the Parties, the property of the Customer. This Agreement does not grant Hyperfox any rights to customer’s data, or the intellectual property rights embodied in that data except as for the limited rights expressly set forth in this article. Either party warrants to the other party that the data, and their use in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, will not, in each case in any jurisdiction and under any applicable law: • breach any laws, statutes, regulations or legally binding codes; • infringe any person's intellectual property rights or other legal rights; or • give rise to any cause of action against Hyperfox or the Customer or any third party. Where Hyperfox reasonably suspects that there has been a breach by the Customer of the provisions of this article, Hyperfox may: • delete or amend the relevant Customer data; and/or • suspend any or all the Services while it investigates the matter after having sent out a notification to that effect and having considered the Customer reaction and methods to remedy the situation while allowing Customer a reasonable period to investigate and remedy this. Limited Permission. (i) Subject to each and every term and condition of this Agreement, during the term of this Agreement, you may access the unrestricted portions of the Site and allow your computer to store temporarily copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials and you may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes. You may only make personal, non-commercial use of this area of the Site.
(ii) Subject to each and every term and condition of this Agreement, and after paying fees and registering as a user, during the term of this Agreement, you may also (i) download, install, and use the App on your mobile device during the term of this Agreement and (ii) access the restricted portion of the Site. You may only use the Service for the limited purpose of managing information about your own construction projects for your personal (the internal business of the organization you represent), non-commercial use only. The permissions granted above constitute a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App and the restricted area of the Site (and not a sale of either). Access to and use of the App is limited to use under an authorized account provided by Home Builder. If you downloaded the App from the Apple app store, you may only use the App on your Apple-branded device. Any rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are hereby reserved by Home Builder.
Limited Permission. Customer grants Banzai only the limited rights that are reasonably necessary for Banzai to offer the Services (e.g., hosting Customer Data). This permission includes rights to Customer Data, other customer intellectual property, and any other information provided by Customer in relation to the Services, and it also extends to trusted third parties Banzai works with to offer the Services (e.g., payment provider used to process payment of fees). For the avoidance of doubt, Banzai may use Customer trademarks and other brand features in its provision of the Services, including emails and custom domain names.
Limited Permission. Customer grants MedAid Digital only the limited rights that are reasonably necessary for MedAid Digital to offer the Services (e.g. hosting Stored Data). This permission also extends to our affiliates and trusted third parties that MedAid Digital works with to offer the Services (e.g. payment provider used to process payment of fees).
Limited Permission. Customer grants Nvestiv only the limited rights that are reasonably necessary for Nvestiv to deliver the Services in accordance with these Terms. This limited permission also extends to Subcontractors or Sub-processors.
