Limited Permission. Customer grants Provider only the limited rights that are reasonably necessary for Provider to offer the Services (e.g., hosting Stored Data). This permission also extends to trusted third parties Provider works with to offer the Services (e.g., payment provider used to process payment of fees).

Customers grant Cygnet Cloud the permissions Cygnet Cloud needs to do those things solely to provide the Services and for Cygnet Cloud to meet its obligations and exercise its rights under this Agreement. This permission also extends to third parties Cygnet Cloud works with to provide the Services (again, only to provide the Services).
Limited Permission. Cygnet OurDrive may need the Customer's permission to do things that the Customer or End User ask Cygnet OurDrive to do with Cygnet OurDrive for Business accounts. For example, hosting files, or sharing them at the Customer or End User's direction. Limited Permission. Customer grants Banzai only the limited rights that are reasonably necessary for Banzai to offer the Services (e.g., hosting Customer Data). This permission includes rights to Customer Data, other customer intellectual property, and any other information provided by Customer in relation to the Services, and it also extends to trusted third parties Banzai works with to offer the Services (e.g., payment provider used to process payment of fees). For the avoidance of doubt, Banzai may use Customer trademarks and other brand features in its provision of the Services, including emails and custom domain names.
Limited Permission. (i) Subject to each and every term and condition of this Agreement, during the term of this Agreement, you may access the unrestricted portions of the Site and allow your computer to store temporarily copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials and you may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes. You may only make personal, non-commercial use of this area of the Site.
(ii) Subject to each and every term and condition of this Agreement, and after paying fees and registering as a user, during the term of this Agreement, you may also (i) download, install, and use the App on your mobile device during the term of this Agreement and (ii) access the restricted portion of the Site. You may only use the Service for the limited purpose of managing information about your own construction projects for your personal (the internal business of the organization you represent), non-commercial use only. The permissions granted above constitute a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App and the restricted area of the Site (and not a sale of either). Access to and use of the App is limited to use under an authorized account provided by Home Builder. If you downloaded the App from the Apple app store, you may only use the App on your Apple-branded device. Any rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are hereby reserved by Home Builder.
Limited Permission a. DigiSwipe grants you limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to download, install and use the DigiSwipe App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on condition that you agree to these terms of service. You may only use the DigiSwipe App on devices that you own or control and as permitted by the App Store & Google play store Terms of Service.
b. We reserve the right to temporarily or permanently suspend or disable your access to the App at any time without notice to you in the event you breach any of the provisions within this agreement or should we have reason to believe that you are making any illegal or authorised use of the app.
Limited Permission. Customer grants RubiVault only the limited rights that are reasonably necessary for RubiVault to deliver the Services. This limited permission also extends to Subcontractors or Sub-processors.
