Limited Term Contracts. Where possible, subject to 9.2.2.1, limited term contracts will be offered in order to temporarily replace regular faculty who are on a leave of absence. Limited term contract offerings will not be withheld for reasons related to budget or a review of the pool of potential or actual candidates. The appropriate xxxx shall work with the affected department to identify at least 3 months prior to the start date of such a contract the amount of such work available, and to post the number and type of positions, the amount of work for each position, and the duration of any limited term contracts.
