Further Employment. 17.1 If you are approached or offered any form of employment or any other contractual engagement whatsoever, by; (i) one of our clients, or (ii) any other person or organisation where the introduction has resulted as a consequence of an assignment you have conducted on our behalf; You shall notify us immediately and prior to accepting any offer of engagement. 17.2 The requirement at clause 17.1 shall apply from the signing of this agreement, and cease six months following the completion date of an assignment or the termination of this agreement, whichever is the later.

Further Employment. Six months prior to the completion of his/her residential service under this Agreement the contractee shall give notice in writing to the Government whether he/she desires to remain in its employment and the Government shall thereupon decide whether it will offer him/her further employment. If the Government offers him/her further employment the re-engagement will be on such terms and for such period as may be mutually agreed.
Further Employment. 1. If the employee desires to remain in employment of the Government, the employee shall, not more than six (6) months and not less than three (3) months before the date on which his/her service under this Agreement terminates, give notice in writing to the Government whether he/she desires to remain in its employment, and if he/she so desires, the Government shall thereupon decide whether it will offer him/her further employment, in which case the re-engagement shall be on such terms as may be mutually agreed.
Further Employment. 17.1 If the employee is approached by the client or any other person/organisation, where the introduction has resulted as a consequence of any assignment with Xxxxx Services, to take on employment whether on a permanent, temporary, part-time basis or other contractual basis with any other person/organisation, the employee will immediately notify Xxxxx Services before accepting any such offer of employment. 17.2 The employee agrees not to make approaches to clients or any other person/organisation that may become known to the employee as a consequence of any assignment for employment on a permanent, temporary or part-time basis or other contractual basis without prior discussion and agreement with Xxxxx Services. 17.3 These requirements apply for six (6) months after the completion date of any assignment.
Further Employment. 20.1 If I am approached by the Client or any other person/organisation where the introduction has resulted as a consequence of any Assignment, to take on any form of employment or any other type of contractual relationship with any person/organisation, I will immediately notify Xxxxxx before accepting any such offer. 20.2 I agree not to make approaches to Clients or any other person/organisation that may become known to me as a consequence of any Assignment for any form of employment or any other type of contractual relationship without prior discussion and agreement with Xxxxxx, within a six (6) month period of completing an Assignment with a client.
Further Employment. 21.1 Should I make an approach to, or be approached by, the Client or any other person, firm or organisation where the introduction has resulted as a consequence of any Assignment or interview for an Assignment, to take on employment or engagement as an independent contractor, whether on a permanent, part-time, fixed term, temporary or casual basis, I will immediately notify the Company before accepting any such employment or engagement. 21.2 This requirement applies for six (6) months after completion of each assignment.
Further Employment. All persons who are employees of the Seller Bank or Subsidiaries, immediately prior to the Effective Time (the “Seller Employees”) shall, at the Effective Time, become employees of the Purchaser Bank; provided, however, that in no event shall any of the Seller’s Employees be officers of the Purchaser Bank, or have or exercise any power or duty conferred upon such an officer, unless and until duly elected or appointed to such position in accordance with the bylaws of the Purchaser Bank. The Purchaser Bank shall not have any duty or obligation to continue to employ any of Seller’s Employees beyond the Effective Time; provided, however, that the Purchaser Bank will use reasonable efforts under the circumstances to place or retain such persons after the Effective Time in positions for which they are qualified. Purchaser and Seller shall consult with respect to the establishment of reasonable and customary “stay-pay” and severance arrangements, if necessary, with respect to Seller Bank employees, provided that no such arrangement may be entered into by Seller or Seller Bank without the written consent of Purchaser, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld.

Further Employment. If the University decides to retain the same position or a substantially similar position for a further term, employment in the position will be offered to the incumbent provided that the incumbent: (i) Has at least twelve (12) months continuous service in the same or substantially similar position at the contract end date; and (ii) Was appointed to the position by the University following a merit based selection process;, and (iii) Has performedance satisfactorily in the role. (ii) In circumstances where a staff member who is employed on a fixed-term contract of employment is absent on maternity, parental or child rearing leave at the time when notice of intention to renew or not renew employment with the University is due to be given before the expiry of the contract; the staff member will be offered further employment if the work activity is to continue, except where there could not have been a reasonable expectation of further work (e.g. if the staff member was employed for a specific project or as a replacement staff member).
