Further Employment. 17.1 If you are approached or offered any form of employment or any other contractual engagement whatsoever, by; (i) one of our clients, or (ii) any other person or organisation where the introduction has resulted as a consequence of an assignment you have conducted on our behalf; You shall notify us immediately and prior to accepting any offer of engagement. 17.2 The requirement at clause 17.1 shall apply from the signing of this agreement, and cease six months following the completion date of an assignment or the termination of this agreement, whichever is the later.
Further Employment. Six months prior to the completion of his/her residential service under this Agreement the contractee shall give notice in writing to the Government whether he/she desires to remain in its employment and the Government shall thereupon decide whether it will offer him/her further employment. If the Government offers him/her further employment the re-engagement will be on such terms and for such period as may be mutually agreed.
Further Employment. Purchaser shall not have any duty or obligation to continue to employ any of the employees of the Seller or the Association ("Seller's Employees") beyond the Effective Time, other than as set forth in Section 4.03(h) hereof; provided, however, that Purchaser currently intends to retain all of Seller's Employees and will use reasonable efforts under the circumstances to retain such persons after the Effective Time in positions for which they are qualified.
Further Employment. Where a decision has been made to renew a fixed-term position, the incumbent will be offered appointment to that position so long as the original appointment was via merit selection under the University’s recruitment and selection procedures and performance has been satisfactory. For the purposes of this clause ‘renewal’ of a fixed-term contract occurs when a contract is offered which includes substantially the same duties as the previous contract.
Further Employment. Where the University has made a decision to continue the FTC position (or similar position) the incumbent shall be offered further employment in the position provided he/she has performed at least satisfactorily and was initially employed through a competitive and open selection process.

Further Employment. The provisions of this subclause will apply except for exceptional circumstances that are justifiable. Where the University has decided to continue the position with the same or similar duties and at the same classification level, the incumbent will be given further employment in the position provided the incumbent was employed in the relevant position through a merit selection process and has performed satisfactorily in that position. Where an employee refuses the offer of further employment, there will be no entitlement to severance pay.
Further Employment. Where an employee receives a redundancy payment, they will not be eligible for further employment with the Catholic Schools Office for a period of six months from their date of separation.
Further Employment. 21.1 Should I make an approach to, or be approached by, the Client or any other person, firm or organisation where the introduction has resulted as a consequence of any Assignment or interview for an Assignment, to take on employment or engagement as an independent contractor, whether on a permanent, part-time, fixed term, temporary or casual basis, I will immediately notify the Company before accepting any such employment or engagement. 21.2 This requirement applies for six (6) months after completion of each assignment.
