Limited Term Subscription License. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and Subscriber's payment of all applicable "Fees" (as defined below), Ricoh hereby grants to Subscriber and its Users a time-limited, a non-exclusive, non- assignable, non-sub licensable, non-transferable subscription-termed right to access and use the Services, only for the Term set forth in the Purchase Order. All use by Subscriber and its Users shall further be strictly limited to the volume, storage, number, quantity, activity, transaction, frequency, seat, server or other license usage or restriction metrics as set forth in the Purchase Order. This license is granted solely to Subscriber and not, by implication or otherwise, to any parent, subsidiary or affiliated entities of Subscriber or any of their Users, and is for Subscriber's internal business purposes only. This license governs any future releases, versions or enhancements to the Services. This Agreement shall not be deemed to transfer any ownership, title or proprietary rights to the Services to Subscriber. All rights not expressly granted hereunder are reserved to Ricoh and/or its licensors. If the Services are being supplied to you on a no-cost “trial period”, “beta”, “premarket observation or similar evaluation basis, the foregoing License is expressly limited to that stated period of time. Following expiration of that time period, you may purchase the right to use the fee-based version of the Services (if then available) in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. BY YOUR USE OF A NO-COST LICENSE, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR RIGHT TO USE THE SERVICES WILL AUTOMATICALLY TERMINATE AFTER THE STATED TIME PERIOD AND THEREAFTER, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICES UNTIL YOU PURCHASE A FEE-BASED VERSION THEREOF.

Related to Limited Term Subscription License

  • Subscription License A Subscription license will commence on the date specified in the Notification Form and continue in force for the fixed initial term specified therein. The license is firm and cannot be cancelled or otherwise reduced or terminated by Customer during the license term. On expiry of the initial term, the subscription license will terminate unless renewed. Unless otherwise stated in the applicable Notification Form, each subscription license will include the provision of Support Services.

  • Limited Term Personnel serving under limited-term appointments shall not be entitled to reemployment/return rights or to placement on either a departmental or County-wide reemployment list or a departmental return to full-time employment list, whether or not they held permanent status as limited-term appointees in the class from which they were separated or reduced-in-hours in lieu of layoff.

  • Limited-Term Employee A person who accepts a limited-term appointment as defined in Section 7.7(f) of the Civil Service Commission Rules. A limited-term employee is a temporary employee for purposes of this article. However, a permanent employee appointed to a limited-term position shall have return rights, within the same department, from the limited-term position to the permanent position.

  • Limited Term Appointments (A) A limited term appointment is for a stated period of time, and carries no implication of renewal or continuation beyond the stated term of the limited term appointment. Notwithstanding, a member hired pursuant to [(B) (e)] below shall be given a probationary appointment, provided the member completes the required qualifications for the position, as set out in the letter of appointment, within the time period specified in his/her letter of appointment.

  • Limited Tendering 1. Provided that it does not use this provision for the purpose of avoiding competition between suppliers, to protect domestic suppliers or in a manner that discriminates against suppliers of the other Party, a procuring entity may use limited tendering.

  • Documentation License Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Flock hereby grants to Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable right and license to use the Documentation during the Service Term for Customer’s internal purposes in connection with its use of the Flock Services as contemplated herein.

  • Dissemination of Research Findings and Acknowledgement of Controlled-Access Datasets Subject to the NIH GDS Policy It is NIH’s intent to promote the dissemination of research findings from use of controlled-access dataset(s) subject to the NIH GDS Policy as widely as possible through scientific publication or other appropriate public dissemination mechanisms. Approved Users are strongly encouraged to publish their results in peer-reviewed journals and to present research findings at scientific meetings.

  • CONTRIBUTION LICENSE You and the Site agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data that you provide following the terms of the Privacy Policy and your choices (including settings). By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding the Site, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you. We do not assert any ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership of all of your Contributions and any intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights associated with your Contributions. We are not liable for any statements or representations in your Contributions provided by you in any area on the Site. You are solely responsible for your Contributions to the Site and you expressly agree to exonerate us from any and all responsibility and to refrain from any legal action against us regarding your Contributions.
